Wish they'd do a IS-2m, that would be interesting.

Hello,

maybe the Trumpi IS-2 is with another nose. The Tamiya`s one is with the cast nose.

The ISU-152K is very welcome, hopefully they'll do an M too one day?

I know that Trumpeter / Hobby Boss are working on a T-10 /M. Just not sure if/when they will announce it.

I've heard that too (French modelling friend with good industry connections).

The best thing about a JS-2 is that Trumpeter will probably do the modernized postwar variants as well.

Anyway the JSU-152K is great news, could be the 2015 kit of the year for me.

Cheers,

Christophe

Great news! Just hope there not photoetch nightmares and in the $200 price range that Trumpeters kits seem to be reaching for.

Hopefully Trumpeter will tool a new turret for the JS-1. They already have a nice JS-2 turret.

I think that their price politics depends on the concurrence they find on each product. T-90s can be found at €25 plus mailing in the same Chinese shops where JS-4 are priced €36, but the T-90 is more complex and detailed than the other one. I think that it is because they have the monopolium of JS-4, while tyhey have good concurrency for the T-90. Besides they expect to sell less JS-4 kits because it is scarcely known, and they have to cover the cost of the mould with a lower number of kits.
I expect the T-10 will cost as the JS-4 or even more.

Massimo
