If you're asking about Italeri/Tamiya 1/48 - yes, Hauler makes a bit. PE shield, and a few other detail bits visible here: http://www.track48.com/shop/product.php?productid=1308&cat=0&page=1 Maybe it's such an excellent model it doesn't need further enhancement!

Hauler makes 2 PE sets for the Italeri/Tamiya Flak 37.
8.8cm FLAK 37 BASIC
Product Code: HLX48314
and
8.8cm FLAK 37 SHIELD
Product Code: HLX48315
I have personally used the first set and found it to be nicely done. Both can be found at http://www.track48.com linkname
