Hello all
The Italeri Autoblinda 43 has a nice scheme option for an Italian Police version in the 1950's with an overall scheme, labelled in the instructions as 'Gloss Dark Red'.
They don't give a Modelmaster colour for this like they usually do.
What is your opinion of the shade of red? I can't find any pics online of this scheme. I'm thinking a 3:1 mix of Red Brown:Red but this is just a speculative guess on my part
Have any of you talented bunch build this little darling?
Maybe someone can advise on the shade of red.

If you do a google image search for

"Red italian police car", you'll get some results of vehicles that look like they were around in the 1950's in a dark red gloss color.

That would be my starting point.

That sure is a sweet looking motor in the pic that you attached! Really nice stuff Looks more a maroon colour than a deep red but hard to tell really
