I have seen photos of Panzer IV Hs in France that have only left-side brackets and armor skirts (there appears to be no mountings, brackets, skirts on the right sides of these tanks. Is this 2nd Panzer Division?

Hi everyone.
I have seen photos of Panzer IV Hs in France that have only left-side brackets and armor skirts (there appears to be no mountings, brackets, skirts on the right sides of these tanks. Is this 2nd Panzer Division?
