I am trying to get two sets of 1/35 decals to complete a YPR 765 in the blue of the Dutch Koninklijke Marechaussee (Royal Troopers). Does anyone know who I might contact to make a specific set?

Echelon makes a perfect set, which includes all needed decals.
There is even an Armorama review.

Just go through the reviews, look for Echelon and than the header 'Dutch Leo's, YPR's"

If that does not work, Black Lion and Peddinghaus both in Europe, make decals to order. I have used Black Lion before, very easy to do business with, fair process, and quick service.

I've also used Black Lion and they are GREAT to work with and make outstanding decals exactly to order.
