Hi there,
This is my 1/48th scale Tamiya Jagdtiger, 653RD HEAVY ANTI-TANK BATTALION. I used Hauler photo-etched detailing parts for extra realism. Hope you like it. Enjoy the photos.

Nice build, Muzaffer. The camouflage looks good and the weathering is excellent.
I am not sure the commanders hatch would be white on the inside(?) I think hatches would be dunkelgelb in this case.
Great build! Thanks for sharing

Thanks Jesper. I wanted to add some contrast to the model's top with a touch of white inside the hatch though.

As Jesper noted, the paint and streaking are very nicely done. Personally, though, I dislike the dark tone the vehicle has (but that's just my opinion, and it may only be the pics). I just feel that the dirt and dust accumulation on the upper hull would lighten the overall appearance.
As for the hatch, high contrast is something tankers wanted to avoid. As it draws your eye in the picture, it would do the same to a Typhoon pilot flying overhead. A lightly washed dunkelgelb would make it significantly different from the dark surroundings, but not be such an eyecatcher (again, just my opinion).

I like the finish - you can't tell if it's 1/48, or 1/35. Did Tamiya forget or neglect the A-frame sockets on the vehicle roof? This model has been on my wish-list for a while, it's good to know what needs to be done in advance.

The sockets weren't part of the deal. You'll have to add them if you want them.

I agree that the hatch should probably not be white, but other than that I think you've got a very nice looking model. I'm a big fan of Tamiya's 1/48 scale kits, even if they do need the odd bit of PE to really make them pop.
A note on your photography- your images appear to be a bit underexposed. A fair amount of detail is being lost in shadow. This is probably caused by your camera attempting to balance the very dark subject with your white background. Don't know what sort of camera you have but if you can manually change the settings see if you can add a third or a half stop to what the meter is telling you. If you have any sort of editing software, you could also adjust the exposure there, although such things are best done in camera if possible.
A minor quibble, and I just want to make sure that such excellent work is being shown off in the best way possible.

Thank you for your informative comments, they are all precious for me. About the photography, I think I'll have to pay more attention on the settings before taking the pictures. I took those pictures with a Canon SLR, shutter speed 1/80, aperture setting f/11 and ISO speed of 200.
