Thanks for the news Brother. So good to see more Vietnam related figures on market. These resin figures seem to have the same poses of Dragon3302 kit.

I saw their photos on Blackdog facebook page before. Standing one seems not bad with good personal gear, but kneeling figure's pose doesn't look natural,he looks like posing to a camera, right hand doesn't grab the stock of MG and you may see left foot doesn't step on the ground well.

Personally I think some of Blackdog figures are really good but some are not.
best regards
Engin

Black Dog already produced some sets which were based on Ron Volstad illustrations for old Dragon figures. BTW, not too keen on these myself either...

Any of you guys know a reliable online store that carries the full BlackDog line AND accepts straight credit transactions (without having to go through PayPal)?

Thanks

Here is a list of Black Dog distributors: link

I'm not sure which ones do offer straight credit card transactions though.

Hope it helps,

Thanks, Mario.. I already tried most of these stores.. Funny thing is either I find a store that takes CC transactions but only carries a couple of their figures... or a store that carries the whole line but only takes PayPal

I noticed that the ammo drum on the Stoner LMG is mounted backwards; the smaller side of the drum should face forward.

On one side it is good that more NAM Figures are comming but these are looking more like copys with adding little details like better wrinkles and equipment. Also the boonie hat is still an 1:1 copy of the old Dragon one. The standing Figure looks much more like an LRRP as instead of an SEAL with that M16-ammunition bandoleer. The stoner gunner looks really nice.I like the boxart from Volstad very much and it would be really great to see these Figure created by today standards or in this case as Resin Figures. But when you do this please not make simply copys of old plastic parts. These Figures cost nearly the same like Bravo-6, Evolution, Alpine etc. but you get not not the same quality and the idea is not based of their own brainstorming. The pitty is that i know blackdock can do it better when i see at some of their other Figures from which i already have some. So i can compare these with these "new" ones. They have done an fantastic job by recreating the old modern one Navy SEAL set from Dragon. So please do the other two Figures of this set too but with the same high quality like the boxart. Also the LRRP set from Dragon would be very nice too, Please don´tt ake the critic to personal and see it as costumer advise to sell more Figures ;-).
