Can anyone tell me where I can get the new glue less tracks for the 1/35th Takom mark 4 and the St Chamond ? I have arthritis in my hands and the tracks in the kit are impossible for me. seems ridiculously difficult even without arthritic !! thank you for your help!

There are numerous listings on Ebay for them. I'm sure a web search would bring up many other sources for mail order. You could also check you local hobby shop (if you have one in your area). If they don't have them, I'm sure they'd be able to order them in.

They actually have them on Amazon.com of all places. There are multiple listings for them on eBay as well. I think that the easy tracks are only for the Mk IV, the St Chamond does not have seperate tracks but only what is in the box.
