Since these are vehicles in kits from other makers, does anyone know what differentiates them? Or does ICM as an Eastern European company feel it HAS to have a T-34 like most western companies want to have a Sherman?

Horch is only old kit from Tamiya so very welcome release. T-34 is supposed to be new tool and might be accurate.

One can always hope. You'd think that after 3 mainstream companies got it at least partially wrong, someone would take note. I need to do an ICM one of these days.

Well, in the past couple of years they did so many kits that have never ever been done in styrene before, it's not like they are Dragon and lack any imagination... So I'd say let them make a kit that has been kitted if they wish so, and without bashing them.
Sure a styrene T-44 or T-54 would be welcome, but come on...

Cheers and happy modelling

Horch looks to be very nice. Tamiya truck is the earlier Type 1a. This is a Type 40. Hopefully we'll get an ambulance version in the future ?

The Horch looks impressive. Besides being a different variant from the Tamiya kit, the 1970's vintage Tamiya effort had minimal chassis detail and no engine whatsoever. All the mid-production T-34 kits have "issues" that require fixing or modification, so a fresh effort from a new company is very welcome.

I am very pleased to se the Horch knowing what a good job ICM do of the hidden areas of their wheeled offerings. The T34 assuming it is new should be a welcome offering.

I hope "in flesh" this thing announced as "Horch 108" wouldn't look that terrible as on these 3Ds. It seems the only advantage of this future release, as seen on the 3D drawings, is that its rear is correct.
Otherwise it is terribly wrong in certain areas, and the ICM designers have definitey missed the typical shape of the vehicle here and there. This is obvious on the wrong nose and very well visible on those insane front fenders!

Besides H. Ford & Co., ICM has no further figure kits this year?

What is so horribly wrong with the shapes ? The CAD drawings seem to be ISO-projections and those alwasy look strange since the perspectives are un-natural. / Robin

Well, there was a full list of their kit releases scheduled for this year in another thread on Armorama, so they do have much more than this. Why this question? It is not like its written anywhere here that this is a difinitive news complete list of ICM releases for this year, or I missed something?

ICM goes out of their way to keep Armorama and the Kitmaker Network up to date with their releases. I am sure as new items are made ready you will be able to read about them here on the network.

If these are new tooling, then I'm very pleased, Darren. It's not always clear that "new" kits are, in fact, new. ICM has released some VERY exciting items over the years and I look forward to a better Horch (built the Tamiya, meh) and a more-accurate T-34 would be welcome by many more than just me.

I'm thinking that's actually the old Zvezda kit being used as a place holder.
It's almost certainly not (I hope!) a new tooled kit by a company that's been building its rep for quality.

According to the list on IPMS Deutschland ICM will relase both early and late 1943 production, one of them is listed as new tool ("Neue Form").
Revell is about to relase a rebox them later this year aswell.

The list includes in total 11 vehicles and the same amount of figure sets from ICM... those guys seem quite busy
