looking at a Zvezda Tiger I 3646. Anyone built this or had any experience with this kit or manufacturer?

I know it's a cheap kit but unless your building it out of the box there are a lot better for a (few dollars more)

I build it up and liked it. I'm not a rivet counter, but there were a few things that did need improvement. I had the vinyl tracks and replaced them with AFV workable tracks. It also lacks the mesh screens over the engine vents-I used Tamiya for this. My major issue was with warping of the lower hull and some molding issues on the upper hull. Newer kits come with new link and length tracks and figures.
