Great looking figure , but where's his equipment ? No ammo pouches , canteen , etc . If he's killed in combat he should be fully kitted out , if put on the cart before death by comrades or a medic his belt would be removed with the rest of his gear . Right ?

No Jim, his mates helped themselves to his kit and left his belt on to keep his strides up😜

Or, like most soldiers do in a war, he was waiting for further orders, taking a break...

Let's face it, it is a nice model. If it it would have worn full battle kit, for sure somebody would have asked why it had to be lying on a cart!!!

Very useful. A good antidote to the "Heroes of Socialism" poses.

It may sound a bit macabre, but I think there would be some interest if Masterbox, Mini-Art, or maybe even DML (ha) put out a series of casualty figure sets. We have this MK35 with ONE figure, some old Verlinden kits with TWO dead soldiers, and a few other kits with one or two wounded guys,
but not much else. Casualty sets with 5 or 6 figures could include wounded & dead troops & could be done by nationality. After all, this is war.

Dragon released a set with nothing but wounded Germans and ICM has done Soviet wounded. I am not aware of any sets of dead figures in plastic though.

Very nice figure. I think he is sleeping, with minor adjustments...
