... no, I don't stoped - I only breaked.

Now I have made the hood-front. The original part of the hoddd-front from panzershop has a too oversimplyfied hood-grill and I removed it and maked a new one (the subpart of the hood-front that I maked is to push and remove it from the lower-part of the vehicle):



Than I maked a hod-front-panel to place at front of the hood:



I assembled the hood-front and the hood-front-grill



and for a better photo I pushed it on the base:

... now is to create the base-plate for the driver's cab and connect to the hood-front

I have created the driver's cab from a driver's cab of zil-157 from a trumpeter model (left the panzershop-driver's-cab and right the trumpeter-zil-157-driver's-cab) as constructed in the real world for the 426U-driver's-cab:



Then I must find the right position of the driver's-cab. I used a special construct - removable:



For the real position I placed the driver's-cab on four stilts:



The driver's-cab is removable until the interrior of the cab is completed:



The base-plate of the upper-vehicle-part is also removable and still removable for change the power-sources and repair the motor's if is necessary:

it was necessary to make a 3rd lower hull ...
... now it is possible to trim the suspension of the mounted wheels with a half terminal strip. Therefore at the end of the suspension-strip is now a small brass-cylinder to put in the half-luster. Some other small errors are eliminated at this new lower-hull:

The last things I have done and is to continue are the main quarter panel with doors and other little parts ...

... now, I'm back from buying new drills ...
The truth is I have made a great break because I was shocked from a medical diagnose: I have Morbus Parkinson and I must simplify my plans about modelling. I continue my work at a last try - remove the dust, sort the tools an the material and the first step will be to make my vehicel ready to drive again ...

So sorry to hear about the Parkinsons diagnosis.
I hope you are able to make the best of your remaining modeling time
