Can anyone direct me to any great photos on the web of the M113s in OIF with the additional storage racks mounted on the hulls?
Thanks

Am I missing something?... All I can find there are photos of Vietnam era M113's and LandShark asked about Operation Iraqi Freedom vehicles.

The pic Jim posted above is the best one I've seen (thanks Jim) . Do you have the update set with the pe racks? I have and have been looking for examples of those in use to no avail. If anyone of us finds pics lets post them here. I cant believe they are so hard to find.

Chuck, the same thought has been going through my mind as well. Why are there so few M113 pics around?. In my gallery space I have a mass of pics of Bradleys, Abrams, a few M88s even (when I put them up) loads of LAVs, I even have a stack of pics of the Stryker Battalion. M113s? that seems to be more of a problem...weird Jim

I see that I am not the only one who has difficulties to find M113 pics in OIF.
I download every 3 days the front line pictures at armytimes.com
sometimes you are lucky and find one
I have about 8 M113 OIf pcitures
if anyone want them just drop me a message

Glad to see I'm not alone to search for such pics . I have about 25 pics of OIF M113s but only a few show the side mounted racks . I have uploaded 4 of them in my gallery. If someone's interested, there's an article about engineer M113s fitted with such racks(but no pics ) here :

Is it just me, or does that mortar carrier in the picture seem to have a broken torsion bar on the left side? So many years in those things, and that would be the only explanation I would know of for such an appearance.

Where did you get those other 21 pics? Were they all from the same site or a mix-and-match?

Most of the pics I have found come from military websites like defenselink.mil but I also frequently check Webshots.com for new military albums. Search engines like Google or alltheweb.com are also useful for reference pics (just have to find the right search keyword)
