They look a lot like picture frames to me.
Unless they are really cheap the better option is an actual picture frame from one of the bargain stores that appear in most countries. In the UK that would be places like Poundland, Wilkinson's, The Range, even Ikea, along with charity shop finds.

They do look like picture frames, and I've used them, but these are in kit form. You can have fun assembling them!
