I am looking to buy one of them and would like some reviews and comments on each...the HiLux with the ZPU, the SOF HiLux, and the Land Rover.
How does each one rate and what features do they include (only the Land Rover has open doors, correct?). Which is the better of the three? Would I need resin tires or PE, or are they all decent OOTB? Are figures included in any of them?
Any rumors of any new upcoming MENG technicals?
Thanks in advance.

They all are pretty nice. The Land Rover is better in overall detail and parts breakdown than the Toyota truck. The original Toyota truck is built like a model car with no opening doors and a basic interior tub. Meng took modelers' feedback on it and improved the Land Cruiser to be more of what armor modelers wanted with opening doors, more detailed interior, etc. The wheels on the Toyota truck are more street tires. I have a set of DEF Model wheels to replace them that are more narrow and more off-road tires. There is also a grill replacement for the Toyota in resin that is nice with the Toyota emblem on it. I reviewed it here. They all come with a small PE fret. I don't think they need any more.

I think he's referring to the other truck, a Chinese model IIRC.

Whoops, I meant Meng's Land Cruiser, not Land Rover.

Thanks for the info.
What are the dimensions of the pickups? I read somewhere that being 1/35 scale, they were pretty small. Are they smaller than the size of a computer mouse?

I have to say they are great little kits. While the pickups are a bit basic the weapons are very detailed!

Does the Land Cruiser come with any figures, and if so, are they for the gun or cab?

No figures with the Land Cruiser kits. There are a few resin figures designed to fit in the cab and in the back though.

No option of having the windows rolled down on the hilux either, but that shouldn't stop you from cutting away the windows on one side and replacing the rear window with plastic sheeting.
