The company has been around for a bit, their stuff comes up on eBay once in a while. They do look pretty nice, personally the only drawback (and it's a minor one to be honest) is that everything in the kit is vacuformed, including the light poles and the sign supports and you have to source your own highway signs. Fortunately highway signs are readily available as decals or you can make your own easily enough, and the poles etc. can be replaced with plastic rod/tubing. Looks very worthwhile for the project you're talking about.
