Is this kind of paint applicable to soviet tank commander. I saw some pictures and they where look like black. Can i use vallejo russian tank crew ww2 and highlights to a 1943 tank commander is this accurate and how to use the highlights?

I'm not really sure. A look on google images does show some tanker in that colour but black, khaki or blue seems to be more common.
