The French and Vietnamese used the M8 HMC and LVT(A)4 (same 75mm turret as M8). Also in use by the US Army was the M-108 which is an M-109 with a 105mm gun. My Armor in Vietnam book shows what looks to be an M44 155mm SP howitzer in USMC markings too. Then there's the M-56 self-propelled anti-tank (SPAT) gun, called the Scorpion.
As far as towed artillery, I bet the US Pack 75 was used by someone (75mm howitzer designed to be disassembled and transported by 3 pack mules, hence the name Pack 75).
