The JP-IV is really well done and your choice of colors fits well with the time frame mentioned. But, in the one photo from behind the crewman, it looks like he's wearing white gloves?
Even my pick-up is panzer grey.

I agree with the comments above, the model looks very realistic and well weathered.
The figure is probably the weakest part of the model, I don't really like the white gloves and he is a little too shiny for me !
Overall the model looks great, well done

Thanks everyone for the supportive comments, and yes the figure is rather weak because I'm a noon at figure painting and couldn't get the glossy shine from the washes to to dull out with the matte coat I had on me, but I'm a little confused aren't the gloves supposed to be white ?
