Finally got started on OPERATION COVER-UP...
Base is a teak wood salad bowl I found at the Thrift Store for $1.00.
(1) I refinished the bowl, stained it and applied four layers of Satin Polyurethane - both inside and out to waterproof.
(2) The trench will be cut into the base, so I cut out a section,
(3) and then filled in the trench area with newspaper and clay.
(4) Flipping the bowl over I filled with POUR STONE (a plaster like concrete filler material) to fill in the base and weight it down.
(5) Paper and clay were removedout, and I am ready to start working on the ground work and Trench....
now where are those figures again....

I like the idea behind the dio. I have only one question, how did the vehicle cross the trench without droping down into it nose first ? Just a thought but you may want to add a bridge of some type.

Bad Drawing ability... I am a 3D’er not a 2D’er...
The idea was for the jeep to angle drivers side nose down into trench... ...of course the more I think about it the less likely I am going with jeep anyway. Other ideas are wandering around my corrupted modeling brain....
who know what evil lurks in the twisted minds of men...
Thanks for the input.
