Hi all,
I don't usually build German WWII tanks so I wasn't sure. Which kit is better?

Dragon 6465 Sd. Kfz. 184 Elefant w/Zimmeri or
Tamiya 35325 Elephant Heavy Tank Destroyer 1/35

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

IMOH.The Dragon kit hands down,it was a very trouble free build, the molded zimm looks good, comes with a metal barrel, and a small PE fret. The only downside might be the DS tracks,I didn't want to buy Fruils, but I was able to achieve a decent sag on them and they looked good.

The Tamiya kit probably builds nice and trouble free, but not as detailed and you would have to add either their zimm or an aftermarket.

Tamiya's zimmerit sheet doesn't look very convincing - it's chunky and over-sized. Dragon Elefant with zimmerit is far superior; more parts, but far superior!
