I converted these Tamiya US Army figures to Australians with the addition of Aug Rifles.
Can anyone comment on whether they're accurate or not?

I found this close up of Australian DPCU to compare the patterns.
I also have a funny feeling they should have PASGT style helmets instead of the American Infantry type ones they have on.

I cant comment on the gear but the paint job isnt bad. The camo blobs are a little overscale but they still have the look of auscam

I was thinking around 2006 in East Timor In any photos ive seen, the body armour etc looks very similar to the American ones so thats why I used them as a starting point

The PASGT was replaced by the ECH in about 2004. But guys that were there would know when it made it to them..
