Hey All,
I'm sure the answer to this question is buried in many other threads, but I tried searching and didn't see what i was looking for...
I know that some of the very early Tiger I tanks were painted in overall dark gray. I would like to add one of these to my to-be-built collection of Tigers, and I wonder if anyone could suggest which Dragon kit(s) would be historically appropriate to build and paint in gray. Obviously, it would be an early Tiger. I thought that perhaps the new Wittman Tiger that just recently came out would be such a tank, but apparently the painting instructions for that kit still say the dunkelgleb, brown and green pattern for that one. Any ideas?

Curt you may find Dragons kit 6252 hard to find now days maybe Ebay.
Your better off with kit 6600 more or less the same kit but without all the extra goodies.
You can build tiger 121 earlier version from the s.Pz.Abt.502 overall panzer grey.
or tiger 100 with twin stowage bins on the turret sides again from the s.Pz.Abt.502 in either white camo or panzer grey.

Kit #6600 is the only Tiger in Dragon's roster that can be grey. Maybe in a few years there will be more.

Scale.
I... Nuts. I should have suspeced when the list price was less than half.
Edit: Instead of 7370 I meant 6252. Was looking for it on another site and it apparently uses the same peice of box art so I got confused. That is what I get for posting before coffee I suppose.

Hi All,
Thanks to everyone who replied to my request. Based on the info you all provided, I did some research, and decided that the Dragon 6600 is the kit I want. I had a hard time trying to find that kit, honestly, but I finally found a shop in the US that had some. Mine should be arriving today. I'm also looking into getting a set of the MasterClub MTL 35007 Initial Tiger 'mirrored' tracks for it (though I understand the included DS tracks are well done, and there is a choice to use either a 'mirrored' version or the later early track version. Lastly, I plan to paint mine in Tamiya XF-63 grey.
Thanks again to all who helped me with my question!
