Wow this was more of a marathon than I expected- those tiny PE parts that nearly every reviewer of this kit mentions do take some serious patience. The "small" tamiya PE bending pliers were critical in this case- saved me infinite hassles.

So can anyone recommend missile bay colours? I was able to get references on everything but that. There's one oblique photo of a museum example with a dark gray bay, but I'm unsure if they wore that operationally.
