anyway to get this to come back the pigment kind of jelled and the carrier is evaporated on the site it says 96% alc????

This happens when water gets into the paint somehow. There is no way saving it. However you can still use it for drybrushing.

I had the same, the solution is to have a dedicated set of paintbrushes for Vallejo Liquid metals.
