As I remember it was in their catalogue as separate item.
(It's nice to see the 20th T-62

They did specify this as an entire kit, rather than a detail or upgrade set. It is good that Skif no longer corners the market, though.

Hi;
Well being that its coming from Trumpeter, it should be Better Detailed and Better Plastic.
But I Bet that there will be A Lot of Details that they will Leave Out!
Now I am talking about the KMT-6 and not the T-62, we already know about its Faults.
In the Skiff kit there were A Lot of missing details that had to be added to make it Respectful and Sink Holes to fill were A real Pain.
Now you would not think that adding A Mine Plow would add to the Apeal of A Vehicle but when done correctly it does make for A vehicle that is Seldom Seen.
CHEERS; MIKE.

The "new" kit is due to the addition of the KTD laser rangefinder upon the gun mantlet more than the fitting of the KMT-6.

This should be a mod. 1975 with KTD-1 and a different commanders cupola. Not sure why it doesn't have an MG mount, thought those were introduced on the mod. 1972.

T-62 m62 or m67...both of them, and the m72, eventually received the KTD-1.

I figured that if Trump was going to do one with a KTD, they would start with one that had all the mod. 1975 features and give you the option of building it with older features.

Why do that when they can sell you three "new" kits instead? I am guessing this is the T-62m62. I am also guessing that the m67 and m72 may come with other goodies than just the KTD-1? I certainly hope so if they really do want to sell these kits. Maybe a KMT-5 or -3?

I don't see how that would be possible as the mounting systems are incompatible. KMT mounts directly to the hull while the TWMP mounted via an adapter.

Hi;
The only Mine Plow used by the US the most was the RAMTA, and just about the only Vehicle that could mount the KMT-6 would have been the Kuwaiti M-84 ! The Sets that come with the Trumpeter M-1 Panther are not to Bad but need A Lil, work to make them Stand-out.

would've been applicable to all Iraqi tanks as well, T-55,62,72.
