I bought this one on a whim, and it's not too bad. You get a pretty decent amount of stuff in the box. Much of it is reused Italeri stuff -- sand bags, the shelter. The figures are the Masterbox Checkpoint figures. The new stuff is definitely not the Meng barrier set, it looks like it was inspired by Meng's set though. The Jersey Barriers and plastic water filled barriers are actually smaller with softer details than in the Meng kit.
