I'm working on a Leclerc and want to include the camo netting they strap onto it while in the field. What might be a good material for this?

Hi, I use an industrial paper towel which comes on a large roll and has indentations down each side, it has a very fine 'weave' and is ideal for canvas etc. This is made up of two sheets that can be separated easily. Once separated I lay it over an open box and tape the sides down just to stop it floating away. It can then be painted (acrylic), and once dried can actually be dampened and shaped over the model. Hope this helps.

The French camo net is of the mesh type. I guess Michael's tip would work fine even if the towel is plain.
