Hi All,

I'm getting close to the ned of my first Dragon 3535 M1A1 AIM build. I've read elsewhere on this site there that are hooks (for mounting on the racks) on the back of the CIP panels, and strap loops as well (that can be used to prevent them from bouncing). Since neither of these appear to be included in the kit, does anyone have pictures or illustrations of these hooks and strap loops? Without this detail, I"m not sure how I'd mount them on my model, other than just gluing them on.

You won't see it, but you could create a little standoff from the panel to acknowledge it's back there.

Thanks, Robert. However, I was referring to the rectangular panels that look like clapboards, that hang on the sides and rear of the turret, the ones that hang off of the bustle rack in the rear and the 'racks' on the sides of the turret.

Prime portal has several pics of them that show how they are secured.

Thanks, Tom. I've been on PrimePortal many times and don't recall seeing that detail. I will take another look.

Funny, from the title of your thread I had "hook and loop" on the brain, so showed the hook and loop (Velcro) panel.
Here's a shot from my same walkaround showing the size of those hooks on the panels:
