I want to build a Soviet May Day parade diorama...
I'm thinking with a tank and some soldiers marching like this:

Any idea where I can find such figures?

The only goose-stepping figures I know of are these Chinese modern ones. You may be able to convert them Russian.
It looks like they come with 4 figures in each with various different torsos, heads, arms, and weapons/gear to make them each a little different.
There are always these too...a little different from what you are looking for.

Thanks, I ordered a couple sets.
They look pretty close to what I want, other than the modern boots. Might not be a big deal though...

These won't help for the marching figures you want, but for a May Day parade they are perfect http://www.hobbyeasy.com/en/data/bsrktmv1rdvnrlcraulz.html

Perfect!
I was just coming back here to ask about a saluting tank commander...
