For the understandingly challenged, i'd like to take this opportunity to clarify one or two niggling points and PMs which have come up recently.
1) If anyone has a problem with what they consider the immediacy (or lack thereof) of News Reports, then take it up with the Staff member involved. If a News Report is reprinted from issue 3 of Military Modelling or has originated via a styrene soothsayer, it ISN'T my problem. Please don't waste my time and yours by pointing it out - I have no responsibility for ANY content. If something is Old, New, Borrowed or Blue, it ain't my problem....
2) I have no powers to edit, expell or close down any threads. Nor can I fly through the air or am I likely to appear in a cameo role in the next Avengers movie. So, no, i'm NOT a Super-User i'm just a registered site-user like 99.99% of the rest.
3) The Staff (i.e., not me and 99.99% of the Site-Users)are more than capable of dealing with any queries you may have regarding Content, Editorial or what to wear at formal events. I'm not, so, refer to point #1...
Thank you...

Good to read there's more people like me;-) I was starting to wonder...
Just wrote the same sort of mail to a different group of people in a totally different context, but wasn't sure I would send it. Reading this one made me push the "send" button.
Thanks!
H.

In response to Kevin's bewilderment, I've had a series of PMs in the last week or two urging me to take action on various threads, individuals and presumably the weather system over Utah. That is the reason for my public response.

No, as anyone who knows me will realize i'm far too shy and retiring to take that kind of role...

OK, is this an inside joke across many languages:
Or did I miss something else???

If you have an issue on the Armorama side of the network you will need to come to me. Jim Rae has no ability to help you with site issues.

Be careful, we don't want to teach Richard how to insult Mexico in Spanish as well as British...

Not so much ironic as just strangely bad in concept and execution.
As for Heavan? Angle? Clakson? Shre? Britian? Thirst? I've seen modelling books with fewer typos.

It's an ironic response to the nasty little creeps of 'Britain First'.

Ah. It hadn't occurred to me that it was deliberately cr*p. I suppose that's almost the point.

That's too bad about the weather in Utah. We could use some rain.
