Too early removed from a mould? Sh...t happens Is there any chance to make a complaint or return it as a damaged product?

What do you mean when you say "set"? Is this some conversion set.. or is this their recent kit?
What's sad is that their kits are "basically" very nice, but they have some serious problem with the molding process.. and producing parts that fit

GEE, THAT'S PRETTY DISGUSTING!!! How does this kind of thing happen in this day and age? Doesn't PANDA have a Quality Control Department?

Hi, Hisham
Both kits are the newest from Panda, Also, I can see panda updated their instructions and replaced a lot of bad parts from their original M-ATV, but you don't know until you start building it.

I think the customers are the Panda quality control department
The rest of the parts look very nice though.

Don't feel alone, Ed! I must be the last guy on earth who doesn't have a digital camera with a USB port, yet... Otherwise, I'd have posted my work on this site long ago...

The tales of Panda suspensions were enough to put me off as i can do without that sort of challange but the quality of those parts reafirms my desire not to get anything by them. Unbelievable!

Hi Jay,
Too bad to see such poor quality right out of the box!
I've built a few of these, problems and all, when built, I like the end result, but you will need some patience and creativity to get it done.
For what it's worth, when you get going on the suspension, you might keep your knife, file, and drill handy. Many of the slots and holes intended for receiving parts aren't molded/formed (?) all that well, and you'll need to clean them up in order for them to go together correctly.
Something else, when you look at the instructions, they show shock absorber installation almost last in the assembly. I have found it's a lot easier to add the shock to the inside mounting bracket early on, and then, it will work as a guide for aligning the other pieces, like the lower control arm, springs etc, which in turn, guide the upper arm's location.
Another point, make sure the inner/upper shock mount is installed completely flush with the bracket. If it's not flush, the vehicle will not sit flat when you're done with it...ask me how I know! (haha)
Ok - good luck! I'll keep watching and will probably pick up a tip or two from your build! for whatever reason, I plan to build a few more of them!
Cheers
Nick

Jay- good luck!
I already dealt with the Panda model. You can watch the effect on Humvee Models. I believe that you will make the well done model from it.
