It is interesting to see Tamiya take a DML approach and release a kit with a mix of sprues along with new parts. If they follow this through it could be good news for armour fans.

Wish ot was 1/35 scale , the kits seems to be getting smaller and smaller .

Love it!... More 1/48 scale kits manufacturers. I'd love to see Tamiya do a 1/48 Elefant. Thanks for the review

Great to see this up close Jim. Been waiting for this a long time (can't wait to get one) as the previous J is getting very difficult to find.
The plastic hull tub is probably the most welcome feature but also there's been rumours about some older OOP kits being re-released so hopefully a little of the doom and gloom in the 48th community can be lifted a little .....
