I am trying to paint a camo pattern that is made up of many fine line lines.

Can someone tell me what ratio of paint:thinner to use?

Air Pressure?

Any other tips?

I have been practicing but I can’t get the paint thinned properly.

Thanks for any help!

With model Master enamels,
I use a 50-50 mix to start,I have about 15-20 Psi.I use a fine nozzle on my brush,a Cresendo 175 by Badger. The adjustments I make are to add a drop or 2 of paint to the mix,or adjust the pressure down.It is something you have to experiment with..

I use acrylics mostly and I thin them at about 50-50 or around 55-45 in favor of the paint. when I am doing fine detailing on a cammo pattern I use my Badger 200GXF which is gravity fed so it lets me use a lower psi which is set around 10-15.

Hope this helps and good luck.
