Hi guys,
I'm looking for details of the M8 dozer blade attached to the M48 tank.
It is not clear to me how the hydraulic cilinders are attached to the front of the tank.
I know it is not the same as on a M60 tank, since the bow is different.
Is there someone who has any detailed pictures ?
TIA !!
Gé

Hi John,
I found this picture in Google Images, but it does not show the two big hydraulic cylinders in front of the tank.
What i really need is a clear picture/drawing of these two cylinders and the way they are attached to the front of the tank.
Thanks anyway !!
Gé

How do you intend to go for the blade, full scratchbuilt or just modifying an M9?
Cheers,
Christophe

I've also got an M48 in holding, waiting for an aftermarket M8 kit. There's a well-known pic of an M48A3 in Vietnam with the M8 kit fitted, and the front suspension all compressed, sure would make a good subject.
I'm just not good enough to scratch the mounts. I have a couple of the Academy M9 kits, and a Verlinden kit on the way.
Loud hint to DEF, Legends, TMD......
