What are you planning on making Jerry?

I don't know of any in 1/35th, only 54mm.

When I was at the Battle Staff NCO Course a few years several years ago, I was elected to be the gift NCO for our small group. We were the "Gladiators" and I had to come up with something unique. I ended up buying a wooden plate from Hobby Lobby and painted it ACU camo as a shield, made a shadow box in the center where I had a map of the SMA and our billets across the street with various graphic symbols on it, and used a soft plastic Roman soldier from some set I got at Hobby Lobby that used his sword to "present a military briefing of the battle plan". It was a lady to remove the seam lines, but after he was painted up, it turned out pretty nice. It had our class number and name, and all of the NCOs in the class' names, and the shadowbox in the center. And the best thing about it was that instead of having to buy something as a class costing $400 or more like most classes before us, it only cost each NCO $5 for me to build it. It took time away from working on my own figures there, but it was worth it. So, depending on what level of detail you are looking for, there are plenty of options that can be made look nice.

Cheers,
James

Hät Industries released some sets of figures of the Punic Wars.

While named 1/32 scale, the figures are actually 50 mm tall. Good enough?

Thanks for the ideas guys. I wanted to stick with 1/35 because of all of the choices out there for heads and hands, even feet. But now that I think of it,doesn't Historex make resin heads with expressions? It's been a while since I bought that kind of stuff but I remember the resin heads in 1/32 and I have a bunch of Airfix multi-pose in 1/32. HHMMMM
