A bit unsure on posting pics here as the process seems quite convoluted (any tips?).
Pics of the BTR-70 interior (as per kit) and engine. The engine is actually two Gaz-66 engines (I picked the Eastern Express kits up cheap on E-Bay) with lots of scratchbuilt smaller parts & cables to make to look like the limited pictures I have. Painted with Tamiya Acrylics and weathered with Mig/AK powders and washes. The interior is lit by two led strips which will be connected to a 9V battery via a switch.

Nice work Ian,
I know you've been working on this for a while but you have enough detail on the engine to make it look top notch when you close it up.
What is the electrical cable for?

Wow, looks great! How much of the work will be visible after you close the hull though?

Mario, not too much but that's why I've put the LEDs in there.
