Can I add a set from BlackDog 35050 or Legend Production 1226 to WMIK w/Milan which have been used by british forces in Iraq ( Op. Herric ) ?

The Milan was only fitted to WMIKs up to around 2004. It was a semi-official field modification. After that period, the Javelin and AT-4 became the standard support weapons and they are both handheld.
In answer to your question - The general stowage (packs, boxes etc) would be suitable, but the additional fabric armour panels would not be correct.

It is also worth pointing out that neither the Legends nor the Black Dog set represent a specific upgrade - they are a mix of parts from different periods in the WMIK timeline
