Does anyone know of a good place in the US to buy Seafoam trees? I went by my local railroad store but they did not have any. All they had were the pre-done trees.
I have looked on Amazon but they want nearly $40.
Thanks.

I never saw seafoan trees for sale as a finished product. There are several places that sell sea foam though.

make some yourself as it will be cheaper and you can decide how you want it to look. This link may be of interest. Seafoam Trees & Foliage

Yes, that is what I want to do, make my own. I am looking for the actual Seafoam only. I plan on doing the rest of the "dressing up".
When I said pre-done, I meant the plastic type, not the Seafoam trees.
Great article Darren. It appears that Seafoam is cheap and easy to come by in the UK. It is here in the US I am having trouble finding the product at a reasonable price.

Check with scenic express from Pennsylvania. I bought a bunch of supertrees stuff from them years ago and still have not used it up.

Custom Scenics has a pretty good deal on seafoam and lots of other dio foliage stuff. Nice folks as well.

It's a big box! So that's about normal. If any of your LHS's specialize in model railroading they should be able to order this stuff.

Yes I went ahead and ordered along with some other supplies. I know I will get a lot of uses out of it. Thanks again for the help.
