Pretty convincing! Please share what colors and brand of paints used?

Thank you.
I used Vallejo for the flesh tones, and Tamiya enamels (with a generous flat base mix) for the uniforms and gear. For the Multicam, I used roughly the following mixes for the colors:
1. XF-57 Buff
2. XF-60 Dark Yellow
3. XF-60 (85%) + XF-64 Red Brown (15%)
4. XF-5 Flat Green (30%) + XF-49 Khaki (70%)

Nice job! The black bordering and outline really brings out the details and shapes of the pouches and pockets.
