Anybody know anything about this? I visited AFV/Hobby Fan site but didn't find anything. Is this a resin model from Hobby Fan, or do they also make plastic kits?

Hobby Fan are resin only, unfortunately. AFV-Club are their polystyrene brand.

Poop. I had heard a rumor one was coming in styrene. But these appears to be that kit and in resin.

Double poop!

It's a resin kit :

The starting price of the listed kit is around $100...

Yeah. I found this. Resin..double poop!! Although at the present cost of plastic kits, $100 for a resin kit isn't that expensive anymore.

That's a shame. This would be one of those I'd like to see in plastic. The old one builds up pretty nice with a bit of work, but the oddball scale sucks.

Oh man... I'd love to have a Scorpion in plastic. It's a good looking vehicle. Hm... Maybe now that Hobby Fan did it, AFV Club will do it too... Hm....

???? Hobby Fan and AFV Club are essentially the same company. Why would AFV Club do it when their aftermarket/resin company just released a full resin kit of it? That wouldn't make a lot of sense........

Perhaps Bronco or Hobby Boss or Academy.

Based on the same chassis, a M76 Otter would even be better
