Awesome looking kit. I'm afraid I might have to sell my car to afford one though.

No big deal, you'll probably be able to live in the box it comes in.

Which will be all you are able to afford once you pay alimony and child support because the wife left you...

Very very impressive.
Anyone have an idea of how long this model is?

Trumpeteer said they were going to make a KV-5 to compete with Takom a while back, Where did that go?

You can ask them on their FB page. Seems to be a responsive team behind that one.

It's called competition. If you notice, Dragon's shelf is empty, it's just an idea so far. Trumpeter looks to be beating them to market with actual plastic. Bring it on Trumpeter!!

Dragon can take their Patriot off the drawing board now and try to mess something else up. I don't think it would be as good as the Trumpeter kit.

I expect Trumpeter's kit will do a lot better job of reproducing the vehicle. Dragon seems to only care about people who watch Marvel's movies with just a skeleton guard for 1/35 scale nowadays.

It's kinda sad that they were once the creme de la creme of 1/35 and slowly they have faded in light of new competition which seems to actually listen to the market. On the other hand its great for us because we get new high quality kits that we want.

Honestly, I expected the Dragon kit to be the Italeri kit with some new parts to make it a tractor and a trailer mad to match the same quality of the kit, so it would have been mediocre at best. I've seen Italeri boxings of Dragon kits, so this isn't much of a stretch.
Trumpeter started for the ground up an looks like they got things right from the start.

Seeing Dragon's offering in the range of 110 Euro, this might give us a pointer on the price. What do you think?
Cheers,
Cristian
