I bought the ICM German Staff kit, which includes a woman figure in a standard Army service uniform. I also have the Osprey book on female auxiliaries in the German military.

The kit box shows the woman's uniform as field grey, while the book says the uniform was grey-though the illustrations show light blue! So which is the correct color?

you should go with grey. Definitely not the greenish Fieldgrey but simply plain grey. Blue would be a "Luftwaffenhelferin" (usual Luftwaffen-Blau") but therefore you would need to change insignia and other details.

Thanks. Ironically the kit doesn't have decals. Should that be light, dark, or medium grey?
