Okay so it's not the T-84, but it looks like there's another T-80 on the way from Xact models:

I think the T-80UK is basically the T-80U with the Shtora defensive suite, isn't it? Is it in service anywhere?

It would be nice if they fixed the barrel.

I wonder if there's any pictures and what colour it was? That may confuse most people if you put a British T-80 into a show or competition.

Yeah, T-80UK is just adding the few pieces for the command variant. Hope they fixed the turret issues at the minimum. Good kit overall. And I believe that you should be able to build a regular T-80U from the kit as well.
Must be trying to drum up some $$$ if they are releasing this and not the T-84.

Well, it comes with Shtora. Looks good on the flying saucer of the T-80U.

I thought the -UK also had the remote controlled weapon station instead of the pole-mounted NSVT and the Shtora system as well.

Olivier. Yes, I forgot we are talking about the T-80UK. One of the many infamous "multi-name" tanks from the 1990's and 2000's.
The T-80UK is a commanders tank, but it also was a upgrade to add the Shtora to the T-80U when the Russians were trying to sell them off on the arms market. I do not believe all command T-80U tanks have the shtora, but I could be wrong on this. All photos of the T-80UK that I have seen, with the shtora, have been from arms shows.
As for the Remotely operated MG, that is a Ukraine/Kharkov thing and is only on the T-80UD, and a handful of the first T-80U made in Kharkov. It is entirely possible that some of those first T-80U from Kharkov were later upgraded/converted to K-5 ERA, command equipment, and Shtora. I have nothing but speculation on this.
Aside from that, there is no way in...well, that Russia would have produced a tank with the remote operating MG system from Kharkov.

No problem Olivier. We are all here to help, right?
That said, I am happy to see that they are not out of business.
