Either that is one of the finest jobs painting a face in a long time or those are some gigantic fingers holding the head of some poor unfortunate soul.

Flesh tone convincing.
You did not make the highlights too bright nor the shadows too dark. No 'rouge' on the cheeks as was fashionable decades ago.
