I found a book on the Jeep by Motor Books International (MBI) at my local Target. These are new books, they had several regarding all sorts of civilian motor transportation. The book I got was title "Jeep" by Steve Statham and covers the military Jeep up to the 2002 Liberty. The book was only $9.99, neat book for the Jeep enthusiast

I find it ironic that Daimler, a German company, now owns the Jeep name.

Thanks for the tip Rob. I've looked at several Jeep books in my search for a general reference on the Jeep. I'll check it out next time I gets to the big city.
