Sorry for the lack of information.
This is the Trumpeter 1/35,Soviet 2S3 Akatsiya 152mm Self Propelled Howitzer – Early model #05543
This model is very good and the link tracks are superb, join without glue, with a single click.

The spare tire are from slot cars, are those which more closely resemble.
