I though that they will cancel it after the Trumpeter announcement, but it looks like they still push it forward:

What is more interesting, the Cyber-hobby.com website claims that it will be released this month!

Only scary thing is that there releasing it under the Black Label line. Though the Conqueror looks pretty nice in box so far.

Why Black Label? It's not an obscure prototype or anything. Trumpeter's better anyway.

Who could ever thought that once somebody will say he will wait for a Trumpeter kit instead of getting a Dragon kit.

Times have changed.

It would have been more interesting if Dragon choose a different version of the Patriot, e.g . M983 A3 vs. M983 PAC 3 missile vs. PAC 1. But it was an obvious choise since both companies have the "archenemy" of the Patrot, the SCUD missile.
The wallet will dicide.

I will wait for the comparison reviews and then the wallet will simply have to accept the result of the comparison ...

Pre-ordered it from Dragon last week, $120 with free shipping. They say August availability. I plan to get the Trumpeter version as well and build one traveling and one deployed.

To be fair, As much as I want the Trumpeter kit, I wouldn't pass up the Dragon kit either. Bottom line is how much damage I can afford to do to my wallet. If the Dragon kit is 120.00 then the Trumpeter kit is going to be closer to 180.00 to 200.00. But that is guessing based on the pricing of the Trumpeter SCUD-B kit.
