Got a quick question - I have a bottle of Vallejo's US Olive Green primer I bought 6 months ago.... and it seems like the pigments inside are separating. I can see that the paint has split into a sightly darker color of OD with an unatural green-ish looking liquid forming alongside it. Any idea on what I should I do?

Shake and stir the hell out of it ... should be okay.

It needs a thorough shake. Also you can rub the bottle between your palms for a few minutes, in fact this is the preferred method before use.

Almost all separating paint can be remixed with a simple heavy shaking.

Nigel,
I meant to add, I also use a Tamiya Paint Stirrer for those stubborn pigments hiding in recesses of the bottle. I find the tool extremely useful and very simple — also great for mixing in the airbrush cup!
I give all paints a very thorough shake and stir before use ... this has made a huge difference in my airbrushing. In addition, since I have a good-size paint collection (most over a year old), what I'll do occasionally, is shake every bottle in order to prevent long-term settling.
