I have not seen any photo etch for the Academy Tiger Is, so I figured I would see if somebody is making it? I presume the PE for the Dragon Tigers would work for things like tool clamps, tie-downs, etc.

Eduard have just put out a pair of upgrade sets for the kit, though judging by some of the comments it doesn't seem very accurate.

Academy Tiger? Are you a glutton for punishment?

I'm sure he's talking about the new 13287 release, which seems like a nice kit from the reviews I've read.

Thanks, I'm currently working on a review of Academy's upgraded Late Tiger I. It has Cartograf decals, 10 painting schemes (including 2 Wittmans) and new parts for some things like the gun (1 piece now). I'm working behind the scenes with one of the hobby's most talented experts on Tigers, and hope to have a review done as soon as possible.

None of the reviews so far have addressed whether the new turret correctly depicts the asymmetrical shape, or finally puts the cupola in the correct location (it's too far back and inboard on the older kits).

I'm working on that question, among others.
